Terms and Conditions

Entering the Wanstead dog show, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions of entry. By registering for the Wanstead Dog Show you also agree to abide by any instructions or regulations displayed or given on the day by any staff. If you have any questions, please email the admin@walkieswithuna.co.uk

Competition Entry Details and Fee The organisers advocate a policy of responsible pet ownership and the health and safety of all dogs taking part in the competition is our number one concern. Dogs should not be forced to take part if they are not happy doing so. No prong collars, electric collars, choke chains or slip leads will be permitted to take part in either the show or the have a go event. We advocate positive reinforcement and do not condone physical punishment.

Everyone who takes part in the Fun Dog Show must be registered. This can be done online, or classes can be booked on the day at the Walkies With Una marquee, subject to availability. The charge for taking part in the Wanstead Dog Show is £2.50 per class, per human, when booking in advance or £3.50 when booking at the event, subject to availability. Payment must be made at time of registration. Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult when showing. Participants may enter more than one class. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they are on time for their class. Refunds will not be given if you are late. Unfortunately, given the limited number of spaces, all entry fees are non-refundable. Dogs should not be dressed up in costumes or any clothing that causes stress or discomfort. The organisers reserve the right to remove a dog(s) from the ring if they are being aggressive towards another dog/human or are being disruptive to the competition, or showing signs of stress, anxiety, fear, illness, or injury. Any specific

information and instructions given by any stewards/officials must be adhered to and decisions of the judges are final. Registration fees are non-refundable if the Event has to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside Walkies With Una's control. Disclaimer: By entering the Wanstead Dog Show you are agreeing to take full responsibility for, any injury or damage to and/or caused by your dog(s) and it is not the liability of the organisers or sponsors including disappearance, theft, death or otherwise. You are fully liable for your animal should they cause any damage or injury. Any dog showing aggressive behaviour at the show will be asked to leave with no refund given.

Females in season are not permitted to enter classes. We would not advise brining any female in season to a venue with other dogs. Funds raised from the show are being donated to underdog international.
